  I went to Chili's to get my kids burgers for dinner. I called to place the order and the girl on the phone as so rude. NO Personality!!! Then I went to pick up my 3 Burgers and Fries and went into the side door for pick up I have to say I could see in the kitchen and the Kitchen was DISGUSTING!! Literally had food on the floor and not a little it looked like a tray fell on the floor and nobody cleaned it! The manager was standing there looking at me looking at the mess and I could tell she saw me noticing the mess. It was bad then I asked why I was waiting and the girl said oh we are waiting for your onion rings ?? I didn't have ORings. She sighed like it was my fault she made a mistake, when I got home my $36.00 burgers were raw and there were like a small hand full of fries... NEVER AGAIN!! Definitely needs new management, I have managed restaurants for years and this was bad!! It was 8pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't even that busy...
